Snappy Print — Xante Impressia iQueue settings, OPC SKUs, and fuser cam procedure

Catalog envelopes — fuser cam adjustment required

Before running any catalog or booklet envelope, the fuser cam must be opened to widen the roller gap. Always reset the cam after the job — leaving it open causes fusing problems on all other media.

1Allow the machine to cool — the fuser runs very hot
2Remove the fuser unit from the machine
3Locate the cam sticker on the non-operator side of the fuser
4Turn the cam counter-clockwise until the small red flag appears — this opens the roller gap
5Reinstall the fuser and run your catalog job
6After job: reset cam to original half-circle position before running any other media
